Qualification
-Have the Certificate of Competency issued by Thai Marine Department
-Have the Certificate of Proficiency complied with STCW
-Have the Certificate of Rigging Slinging and Signal Man
-Minimum Senior High school graduation
-At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Officer
